Communications: messages sent through our on-site chat, our AI chat assistant, and messages or comments you send us via our Facebook Page (Messenger and post comments), so our team can respond to you.

Usage data: pages visited, search filters used, and general device/browser information, collected to keep the Service reliable and to improve search results.

Uploaded content: property photos and related media uploaded by agents and administrators.

To provide and operate the Service, including listing properties, connecting buyers/renters with agents, and processing inquiries.

To communicate with you about your account, inquiries, or messages — including replying to Messenger messages or Facebook Page comments you send us.

To improve the Service, including analyzing search trends and fixing issues.

To keep the Service secure and prevent misuse.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Service: Supabase (secure storage for uploaded images), Groq (powers our AI chat assistant), MongoDB Atlas (database hosting), and Meta/Facebook (Messenger and Page comments, only for the messages or comments you choose to send our Page).

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with agents you contact, our service providers listed above, or when required by law.

We retain account and inquiry data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and delete or anonymize it when no longer needed, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
